Welcome to Guch. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Guch Inc. ("Guch," "we," "us") governing your use of the Guch app, this website, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Using Guch
You must be at least 13 years old to use Guch. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.
Your content
You own the content you create — your reactions, notes, photos, and Taste Champion contributions. By posting content on Guch, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and use it to operate and improve the Service, including to power TasteGraph™.
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive, and not to misrepresent a dining experience.
Recommendations
Guch offers recommendations to help you choose with more confidence, but taste is personal and outcomes vary. Recommendations are provided for your convenience and are not guarantees about any dish, restaurant, price, or availability. Always use your own judgment, especially regarding allergies and dietary needs.
Taste Champions
Taste Champions are members whose guidance helps others. If you participate, you agree to share honest experiences and to follow any additional program guidelines we provide. We may adjust or end the program at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The Guch name, logo, TasteGraph™, and the Service's design and software are owned by Guch Inc. and protected by law. These Terms don't grant you rights to use our branding without permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using Guch at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its members.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of Guch means you accept the updated Terms.
